Route One Self-Storage is a family owned business, personally operated by Rick, Maggie, and Chris Fucci. In fact, Rick and Maggie live right down the street in Greenland, NH, where they've had a home for more than 20 years.
They believe in being hands-on and regularly available to help with any questions you may have. And, as you might think, it shows in the little things they do everyday. The way they answer the phone with a smile. The way they listen. The way they go out of their way to solve people's needs.
It didn't always start out as a self-storage park, you know. The surrounding 13 acres of property where the business now resides used to be the home of the famous Seacoast Drive-In Theatre, which had been run by the Fuccis for many years. In 1982, the family decided to develop the property, so Rick and Maggie, along with Rick's dad Louis and his uncle Ron Fucci built a convenience store and gas station there, and for several years they operated that business. After a while, they decided to sell the store, but retain the property and further develop the rest of the land.
Now their property includes several retail and industrial buildings where their friends and tenants are growing their own companies. Among these are the Lafayette Acres Business Park and the Route One Self-Storage Complex.
You see, there's a history here at Route One Self-Storage. And a family legacy. That's why the rooms tend to be just a little cleaner and the company just a little friendlier. If you're traveling down Route 1 in North Hampton, look out for the sign.
That extra space you need could be right here waiting for you.
